In addition to Text2store built-in interest targeting, you can target your campaigns using our location based system (LBS). That means you can target your campaigns nationwide, region, state, city and even zip codes around your store location. We provide targeted activity reports by zip code and area code phone numbers specific to your targeting options.

Can I create and promote multiple campaigns?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of campaign offers you can create to promote. Your different promotions may be in the same or different category or subcategory can be targeted to a different store location or website as well. The content of your coupon’s sales blurb may be different.

How many times do you send my sales offering or coupons to a person’s mobile phone?

Text2store prevent more than one of a promotion or coupon from being sent to a phone. Targeted coupons and promotions are only sent to shoppers who match our request criteria, asked for a specific item and opted-in to receiving deal information from us. Our location based technology ensures that we only provide timely and tangible deal information to shoppers based on their targeted area.

Is this not considered spamming?

Not at all. Shoppers or consumers opted-in to receiving tangible sales deal, coupon or promotions from us. We only send your information once to any shopper and not more. Infact our subscribers using our ‘User Controlled Technology’ control all aspect of the receiving of promotions/coupons. Shoppers set how often they get a sales deal, which day of the week and even at what time.

I received an e-mail that my published promotion has not been approved. What do I do next?

Text2store Quality Assurance Department hand approves and quality checks all promotions and coupons before releasing them to our subscribers. Within 24 hours, we review and approve your promotions/coupons. If we cannot approve your coupon/promotion, we will notify you by email. You can change your promotion/coupon to comply with our standards by modifying it.

To modify or clarify your coupon/promotion:

  • Sign in to your merchant account.
  • On the manage your promotion page, click the "Edit button" on the left corner of the page.
  • Locate your promotion or coupon, and make changes to the sales blurb and or details.
  • Click the Publish Button once all changes have been made.

Once modified, your campaign will be sent to our Quality Assurance Department automatically. They will again review it to see if it qualifies for approval

How does Text2store charge advertisers for their coupons and promotions?

Our unique model is called cost per text (CPT). Advertiser’s coupons and promotions are sent wirelessly to our subscriber’s cell or mobile phones. Advertisers only pay for on-the-go consumers who we send (sms) text message or e-mail coupon/promotions to. Every time we deliver your coupon or promotion to shoppers, the CPT charge is deducted from the advertisers account balance. We also have cost per click on our website to directly refer shoppers who visit our website to advertiser’s website.

Why does CPT work better than CPC?

CPC or PPC models depend on shoppers viewing search lists or ads and clicking through to web sites that may turn out to be what they are looking for-or not. Text2store gives shoppers a better shopping experience. We accept credit and debit cards, bank and wire transfers. Payment by credit cards is the quickest way to get your campaigns started. Others may take longer time.

How do you prevent fraud?

Our mobile coupons and promotions system is designed with an SSL secure socket. We validate every mobile or cell phones before we send them any information. We also encrypt all information on our system to prevent any fraud. No other person or business can access your account.
