Refund Policy

Text2Store Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you — no hard feelings.

30-day money-back guarantee

Request a refund within 30 days of your Text2Store Pro purchase and we'll give you your money back. Email hello@text2store.com with your order or receipt details.

How to request a refund

Email hello@text2store.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order/receipt number (from your purchase confirmation email). Please put "Refund request" in the subject line. You don't need to explain why, but if something went wrong we'd genuinely like to hear it so we can fix it.

What's eligible

  • Text2Store Pro purchases are eligible for a full refund when requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Only the original purchaser can request a refund, for their own order.
  • The free version has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

Because you can try the app's free preview on your own data before buying, we encourage you to confirm Text2Store works for you first — but the 30-day guarantee is there either way.

How refunds are processed

Your purchase is handled by our reseller, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), the Merchant of Record for your order. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days, though it can take up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any taxes collected are refunded together with the purchase amount. You can also contact Paddle directly about a payment or refund using the details on your receipt.

After a refund

When your refund is issued, your Text2Store Pro license is deactivated and Pro features are locked. Any archives or exports already saved on your computer remain yours and stay on your machine — a refund does not delete data you've already created.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a charge, please email us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being deactivated.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country or region. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
